Information collected automatically
When you visit DeckRepairWA.com, our website and the analytics and advertising tools we use may automatically collect:
- Your IP address and approximate geographic location (typically city-level)
- Browser type, operating system, and device type
- The pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the links you click

Information from service providers
Our online booking provider, advertising platforms, and review platforms may share aggregated or individual information with us about how you interacted with our listings, ads, or booking form.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:

- Schedule and perform an on-site inspection and the work you hire us to do
- Prepare quotes, contracts, invoices, and warranty documentation
- Contact you about your project by phone, text message, or email

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
4. Calls, text messages, and email
When you provide your phone number through our website, our booking tool, or in a conversation with us, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message about your estimate request and your project, including appointment confirmations and reminders.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask to be removed from our email list by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at the phone number or email address above. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about a project that is already scheduled or underway.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site working correctly, measure traffic, and measure the performance of our advertising.
Specifically, we use:
- Google Analytics — to understand how visitors find and use our website
- Google Tag Manager — to manage the tracking tags on our site
- Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing — to measure which advertisements lead to estimate requests, and to show our ads to people who have previously visited our website
- Our online booking tool — to operate the scheduling form and remember your progress through it
- Our review widget — to display our Google reviews on the site
Because we use Google Ads remarketing, you may see our advertisements on other websites after visiting DeckRepairWA.com. Google and its partners serve those ads using cookies. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics measurement using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings; blocking cookies may cause parts of our website, including the booking form, to stop working correctly.
Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
6. How we share information
We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers. Companies that run our website hosting, online scheduling, analytics, advertising measurement, email, phone service, payment processing, and accounting. They are permitted to use your information only to provide those services to us.
- Crews and subcontractors. The people performing work on your property receive your name, service address, phone number, and project details so they can complete the job.
- Suppliers. Where a delivery must be made to your property, we share the delivery address and a contact number.
- Professional advisors. Our insurer, attorneys, and accountants, where necessary.
- Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena, or court order, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our property, or the safety of any person.
- Business transfer. If Alexandria Builders LLC is sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.
7. Photographs of your project
We routinely photograph our work for quality control and for our project portfolio. Photographs published on our website, social media, or advertising show the deck and structure only. We do not publish your name, street address, or any other identifying detail alongside a project photograph without your permission, and we identify project locations only by neighborhood or city. If you would prefer that photographs of your project not be published at all, tell us before or during the job and we will honor that.
8. How long we keep information
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, warranty, insurance, licensing, and tax obligations in Washington State — generally at least six years after a project is completed. Website analytics and advertising data are kept according to the retention periods set in the tools described in Section 5. Estimate requests that never become projects are kept for a shorter period and then deleted.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections on our website (HTTPS), access controls on our accounts, and security monitoring on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers by email or text message.
10. Your choices and rights
You may at any time:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep for legal, warranty, or tax reasons
- Ask us to stop sending you marketing calls, texts, or emails
To make a request, contact us at info@deckrepairwa.com or 425-866-0594. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you, the right to request deletion or correction of that information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise your rights using the contact details above.
11. Children’s privacy
